Job Summary
Strategic financial leader for Sage Ventures' development and construction operations, responsible for long-term forecasts, capital strategies, and pro forma/project-level analysis. Lead cash flow projections, liquidity management, and funding coordination with lenders/investors; oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance; collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams to align financial planning with operational realities. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for ownership and project leadership, and support decision-making for multiple active developments. Requires deep expertise in real estate development finance, cash flow modeling, capital planning, and sophisticated financial analysis; MBA/CPA preferred and a Bachelor’s degree required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- at least 5 years in a senior role within real estate development, construction, or investment
- deep understanding of real estate financial modeling, pro forma analysis, and project accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
