Job Summary
The Construction Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, emphasizing project cost tracking and reporting. Key responsibilities include financial management and reporting, job costing and budgeting, Work-in-Progress (WIP) management, cash flow and risk management, compliance with GAAP and industry regulations, and coordinating audits and tax preparation. Qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with CPA certification and construction accounting expertise.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience

- Proficiency in construction accounting software (e.g., Sage 300/Timberline, Procore, Viewpoint)
