Job Summary
Construction Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration across commercial, industrial, and data center construction projects. Responsible for reviewing and administering contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements; ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and project specifications; managing contract lifecycle from execution through closeout; supporting project teams with contract interpretation and compliance; coordinating with legal counsel, project managers, and leadership; tracking change orders, amendments, and contract modifications; maintaining organized contract documentation in Procore, ShareFile, Vista, and related systems; monitoring insurance requirements and lien waivers; and assisting with risk identification and mitigation to support project schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in contract administration within construction (electrical contractor preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
