Job Summary
Conduct interim and final cleaning of residential and commercial buildings using industry-standard methods and equipment. Sweep, mop, and vacuum facility floors; polish metalwork; and remove dust and debris from restrooms, kitchens, rooms, walls, furniture, and windows. Dispose of trash and packing materials, notify personnel for supplies, and report broken or damaged items to the head supervisor. Lead assigned projects to ensure tasks are completed. Work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm (sometimes 7am-3:30pm) in person. This role provides quality customer service to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Drivers' License
- At least one year of experience in the janitorial or related field of work
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Good client and customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to analyzing and evaluating to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management
- A high-school diploma or General Education Degree
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100lbs occasionally
