Job Summary
As a Remote Construction Bookkeeper at New Lyfe Accounting, you will enter all accounts payable invoices for multiple U.S. clients, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage accounts receivable bills and payments, and handle AP purchase order and vendor invoice entry. You will work with the senior accountant, staff accountant, and CFO to deliver high-quality service. The role requires 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience (construction accounting a plus), proficiency in Excel/GSuite, and strong communication skills; an Accounting degree or progress toward one is preferred. This is a 100% remote position with home office allowance and employer-sponsored health insurance, plus benefits like PTO, parental leave, and IRA match.
