Job Summary
Install and maintain billboards and related structures as part of Lamar’s operations crew in Tuscaloosa, AL. Responsibilities include installing advertisements, repairing and maintaining structures, and documenting installations. The role involves working mostly alone, climbing heights up to 200 ft, reading blueprints and technical documents, performing electrical and fabrication tasks, and using power/manual tools while adhering to safety standards. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm; eligible for PTO, holidays, and company perks. Must have OSHA 10-hour Construction certification and a location-specific additional certification (CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD). A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required; prior operations experience in outdoor advertising is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of Operations experience in the outdoor advertising industry or equivalent experience in a safety-related position is required
