Job Summary
Leads construction-focused digital delivery initiatives, oversees a team of construction technology professionals, defines digital strategy, roadmaps, and governance for VDC/BIM-enabled projects; drives automation, data integration, and digital handover across planning, design, construction, and turnover to operations; collaborates with stakeholders to align digital construction with business objectives and enterprise strategy; requires strong leadership, project-management, and communication skills along with experience in CAD/BIM/VDC, automation workflows, and integrated data systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or certificate in CAD, BIM, VDC, or related field with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
