Job Summary
Lead a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time installation of elevator/escalator/building door projects. Guide and develop the team, uphold safety guidelines, manage project schedules and performance, and collaborate across all organizational levels. Bring 2+ years of construction experience and supervisory experience (preferably with a union-represented workforce), plus an associate degree or equivalent experience, to apply knowledge of codes and building systems to on-site operations. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, learning opportunities for the team, and leveraging new technologies in a dynamic construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant construction experience
- Supervisory experience (ideally leading a union represented workforce)
- Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience
- Familiarity with code requirements and building systems
- Ability to manage a schedule and track team performance
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
