Construction Assistant Superintendent

As our Assistant Superintendent, you’ll lead field coordination from preconstruction through turnover, driving safety, schedule, budget, and quality while orchestrating in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver best-in-class results. You’ll mentor and develop project engineers, foster client and architect/engineer relationships, support pursuits and responses to RFPs, and manage risk through strategic planning, meetings, and communications. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving construction environment, with a path toward roles such as Superintendent and beyond.
