Job Summary
Manage daily construction activities and subcontractor coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Conduct daily jobsite inspections to maintain quality standards and a safe, clean work environment. Monitor progress, assist with punch lists and closeout activities, and complete daily reports, photos, and documentation using Procore. Communicate effectively with the Project Superintendent, subcontractors, and owners to foster strong relationships. Requires 2+ years of commercial construction field experience and knowledge of scheduling and safety practices. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, supporting Southern California projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction field experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
