Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards. Requires a valid driver's license and five years of construction experience. Acts Retirement-Life Communities operates 28 communities across nine states, providing senior living services including dining, fitness, and healthcare amenities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years' experience in construction or maintenance related field
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
