Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager for heavy civil construction in the DC Metro Area. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling and coordination; safety and quality control management; accurate forecasting and budget management; change order management; subcontractor management; management of Project Engineers; resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration; and vehicle/equipment/tools management. Qualifications mention 4+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred; prior construction experience preferred; ability to build relationships and lead people. Some roles may require relocation.
