Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects while managing safety, quality control, and accurate budget forecasting. Lead critical subcontractors, resolve labor disputes, and oversee material delivery and contract administration issues. Manage change orders, direct project engineers, and maintain vehicle, equipment, and tool inventories. This role requires 4+ years of construction experience and a Bachelor's degree, with potential relocation. Based in Everett, WA, you will join a fourth-generation family-owned firm committed to exceptional customer service and safety standards across North America.
