Job Summary
Manage project documents including RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scope changes using Procore. Support communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders while participating in regular meetings to report progress. Coordinate internal and external project meetings, interpret construction drawings, and assist in developing bid packages. Monitor construction progress, prepare financial forecasts, and help ensure timely delivery of quality, budget-conscious documents. Cultivate client relationships and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks. Requires 3–5 years of construction experience in interiors, mechanical, civil, or utility services.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Experience in corporate interiors, mechanical, civil, or utility services
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Procore
- Ability to comprehend ARCH & MEP drawings and reports, with a focus on identifying potential improvements for project implementation
- Cultivate relationships within client organizations to coordinate work and make decisions effectively
- Demonstrate exceptional organization, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and independent work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
