Job Summary
Organize project documentation, prepare meeting and pricing packages, and distribute information to subcontractors and project team members. Maintain operation and maintenance manuals while communicating daily with project management staff, vendors, and clients to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. Adapt to specific software systems and tailor communication style to each audience. This role reports directly to the Project Manager. HITT Contracting, a top 10 general contractor with 16 offices nationwide, seeks a self-motivated professional to support project assignments and contribute to building trust with clients and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university
- Prior experience with a professional organization
