Job Summary
Assist in all phases of pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, steelwork, concrete, tiling, decking, and equipment installation. Perform hands-on labor tasks such as digging, leveling, and material handling, while transporting supplies to job sites. Confirm project installations comply with specifications and safety regulations, and identify minor construction challenges in real time. Complete work orders, record activities with photos and chemical readings, and ensure sites remain clean and hazard-free. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requires moderate to heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Capability to lift moderate to heavy objects, typically around 50 lbs., with occasional requirements to lift up to 75 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or pool installation is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, concrete work, and general construction practices is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
