Job Summary
Conduct inspections, write reports, and oversee the quality of deliverables throughout the project life cycle while managing multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate efforts of team members and associates to meet deadlines and budgets, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues, provide recommendations on assessment impacts, and communicate expectations and follow-up questions clearly. Deliver appropriate progress reports verbally or via email and ensure all services meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management and or engineering discipline
- 3+ years relevant experience in construction or construction related field(s) such as architecture, construction management and/or engineering
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Must be able to visit a construction job site and maneuver around and through construction activities
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management and or engineering discipline a plus
