Job Summary
Hands-on construction apprenticeship performing demolition of damaged materials, drywall installation, finishing carpentry, flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet), framing, and general carpentry tasks. Learn demolition, drywall, texture, surface preparation for paint, and reconstruction project management with paid training. Maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Clear path into skilled trades with advancement opportunities to Reconstruction Technician, Lead Carpenter, or Project Supervisor; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- No formal carpentry experience required
- Construct/Trade experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work daily
