Job Summary
Hands-on Construction Apprentice role with Paul Davis Restoration in Southwest Montana. Learn and perform demolition, drywall installation, finish carpentry, flooring prep, framing, and general reconstruction tasks under guidance, with a clear path into skilled trades. Responsibilities include assisting with residential/commercial reconstruction, loading/unloading materials, maintaining clean job sites, and communicating professionally with customers and teammates. Training provided; advancement opportunities to Reconstruction Technician, Lead Carpenter, or Project Supervisor; benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and paid training. Must be able to lift 75 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and can perform physical work daily. Veterans encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
