Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn demolition, carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring, and reconstruction project management
