Job Summary
Support residential and commercial plumbing installations by assisting experienced plumbers with equipment setup, system installation, and job site problem resolution. Follow scheduling assignments from the Construction Manager, maintain neat work areas and tools, and communicate your location throughout the day. Attend ongoing training seminars and apply learned installation standards to ensure quality workmanship. This full-time apprenticeship in San Antonio, Selma, and surrounding Texas areas includes overtime as needed. Applicants must hold a current Texas Apprentice Card, valid driver's license, and own hand tools to begin the on-the-job learning path.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Apprentice Card
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to follow instructions from experienced plumbers and the Construction Manager
- Willingness to participate in ongoing plumbing training and professional development
- Ability to maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a neat and professional condition
- Strong communication and follow-through on active construction jobsites
- Interest in developing hands-on skills in residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, plumbing installation, and construction
