Job Summary
Conduct demolition and renovation duties in healthcare spaces including operating rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms. Safely operate power and hand tools while performing carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical trades. Oversee quality assurance, organize building materials, prepare daily construction reports, and maintain a clean working environment. Manage manual labor and lead small projects or teams under general supervision. Requires extensive travel with full coverage for flights, hotels, and per diem, often working days, weekends, and nights. Full-time position with OSHA 10 training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
- Must have general construction experience
- Ability to provide basic hand tools
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with coworkers and customers in the field
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy conduct
- Must be able to work on days, weekends and nights
- Must be able to travel 100%
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Training Preferred
- Experienced with Demolition Preferred
- experience in one or more of the following trades Preferred: Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Mechanical
- Ability to work under general supervision, may lead small projects or small teams
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills
