Construction and Asset Manager

Manage and hold weekly meetings with external contractors while driving construction progress to achieve milestones. Own project schedule updates, maintain internal documentation, and track revenue payments to ensure projects meet contract requirements. Execute asset management, operations, and maintenance contracts, monitor project performance, and manage external O&M providers. Inform the team of project status and issues, provide subscription reallocation as necessary, and invoice for asset management services. This role supports the development of 1MW to 20MW solar and storage solutions across the Upper Midwest, requiring approximately 12 site visits per year.
