Job Summary
Embed with customers to integrate Doxel’s AI-captured progress data with customer project data; refine reporting engines and automate executive-ready dashboards; support and improve internal data pipelines spanning GCS, Snowflake, Coalesce, and Sigma Computing; centralize and standardize data models; travel up to 25% to customer sites; present executive-ready dashboards to leadership; collaborate with engineering/product teams to identify reporting gaps; proficient in SQL/Python/JavaScript; experienced with BI tools and cloud ETL/BI platforms; remote-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in construction management, project controls, construction tech implementation, or consulting
- Strong client-facing skills and experience with senior construction executives
- Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Deep understanding of large commercial construction workflows, schedules (P6), earned value analysis, and BIM/VDC workflows
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Javascript, and data wrangling
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and reporting automation
- Experience with modern cloud-based ETL and BI platforms (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Coalesce, Sigma Computing)
- Willing to travel up to 25%
