Job Summary
Construction Analyst at CloudFactory, responsible for verifying construction progress against plans using digital/model-based tools; perform data quality assurance and labeling on annotated construction data; conduct full project data reviews to identify gaps and coordinate improvements; oversee and trend client-support tickets; collaborate with quality, analyst, and operations teams; develop deep domain expertise in data and construction elements; role requires in-office presence in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal, with initial six months on-site and a one-year contract. Emphasis on attention to detail, data-driven decision support, and effective communication in English; BIM experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience on construction site or managing construction projects
- Comprehensive understanding of construction phases and processes
- Proficiency in comprehending and working with complex technical systems
- Experience with project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous
- Ability to work on site at our office in Lalitpur, Kathmandu
