Job Summary
The Construction Administrator - Healthcare supports project managers by tracking submittals, responding to contractor RFIs, and preparing Construction Change Directives. They conduct on-site evaluations, review contractors' pay applications, enforce quality control measures, and compile project closeout documents. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of construction processes and industry codes. A professional degree in a relevant field along with certifications like LEED GA is required.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management or Interior Design (with emphasis in Interior Architecture)
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Familiarity with project management software
