Construction Administrator (GC/PM Engagement)

Job Summary
Construction Administrator to serve as the primary engagement point for GC Project Managers using efficiently’s Design–Build Intelligence Platform. Remote (US) position leveraging Procore to help PMs adopt the platform quickly, reduce admin friction, and ensure efficient integration into project workflows. Responsibilities include leading GC onboarding sessions, maintaining proactive communication, identifying opportunities to expand usage across projects, sharing field insights with product/engineering teams, validating new feature ideas, and supporting PMs, supers, subs, and designers to maximize value on live, high-end residential projects. Requires strong documentation skills, understanding of drawings/RFIs/specs/finishes/change management, and a client-focused, proactive mindset. Growth potential in a ground-floor role within a company serving design-build construction teams.
Required Qualifications
- Procore experience required
- Experience working with PMs, supers, subs, designers
- Strong documentation experience
- Understanding drawings, RFIs, specs, finishes, change management
- Clear communicator, organized, proactive
- Comfortable supporting demanding GC clients
- Steady under pressure, strong attention to detail
