Job Summary
Manage construction administration services for multiple commercial projects simultaneously, attending OAC meetings, performing site observations, and preparing field reports. Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and communications through Newforma or similar programs, ensuring work aligns with construction documents, codes, and specifications. Act as a liaison between the project team and contractor to resolve design issues, while maintaining quality control, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate punch lists, substantial completion inspections, and project close-outs. This role supports BWBR's portfolio across healthcare, education, science, and technology sectors, requiring 5-15 years of experience and proficiency in construction administration software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or equivalent related experience
- 5-15 years of experience in construction administration
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Newforma or similar construction administration software
- Travel required
