Job Summary
Coordinate RFIs, submittal reviews, ASIs, and IGCEs while serving as a technical resource for construction administration. Conduct site inspections, write reports, and check project documentation to guarantee construction compliance with laws. Facilitate departmental interactions between project DORs, design managers, QAQC, and cost estimating, and attend OAC meetings to track construction. Review contract documents for constructability, reporting design problems to supervisors and other department managers. Mentor staff on skill improvement, career progression, and department processes, while challenging others to succeed. This role supports healthcare architecture and engineering initiatives across 38 states within a flat organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architectural Degree
- Five or more years' related experience in design or construction of healthcare, medical office building, commercial, municipal, federal, state and/or office buildings
- Licensure or related certification
- U.S. citizenship
- Revit familiarity (open and review)
- AutoCAD (open and review)
- MS Office Suite
- Bluebeam Studio Review proficiency
