Job Summary
Manages construction administration managers and oversees controls related to the construction draw process. Assigns loan portfolio in the absence of the Construction Administration Manager and ensures loan compliance with regulatory requirements. Provides guidance in resolving complex problems and serves as a primary contact for senior level managers, audit, and risk partners. Responsibilities include managing the workflow of assigned construction loans, training new managers, reviewing draw requests, and identifying risk-related issues. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, experience in commercial credit, and a bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' commercial credit experience or relevant analytical with strong knowledge of accounting principles
- 2 years coaching/training/mentoring or work leadership experience
- In lieu of degree a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 5 years commercial credit experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Bank experience in CRE and multi-family residential construction monitoring or loan workout
- Knowledge of Bank policies, procedures and banking regulations
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages, loan information systems and internet applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Detail-oriented
