Job Summary
Maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations. Track project costs, job costing, and construction expenses while preparing financial reports to support budgeting activities. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure all accounting records remain compliant with company policies and organized. This remote role requires Sage Accounting proficiency and 1–3 years of construction accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in construction accounting or a similar role
- Hands-on experience using Sage Accounting (required)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fully remote environment
