Construction Accountant

Prepare and process owner pay applications, billing documentation, and vendor payments while reviewing Work in Process variances and tracking accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, and lien waivers in coordination with project teams. Support a Senior Project Accountant with financial reporting and documentation, maintaining positive relationships with clients and subcontractors. Conduct timely requisition reviews and contribute to ad hoc financial activities as needed. This role involves supporting small to mid-sized jobs with day-to-day interface with project management and travel to job sites.
