Construction Accomodation Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead on-site supervision of construction activities for the Accommodation discipline at SBM Offshore project sites. Coordinate workforce, material handling, and equipment usage to ensure work aligns with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and project schedule while upholding HSSE and Quality standards. Drive cross-functional collaboration among construction teams, project management, and stakeholders; implement plan changes with impact assessments; prepare and submit progress reports with recommendations. Must have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management or related field and proven experience in construction supervision, with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Demonstrated knowledge of construction, commissioning, quality strategies, risk management, and regulatory safety leadership is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents
- Knowledge of HSSE Quality Regulatory and Process Safety Leadership
- Experience with construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline
- Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills
