Job Summary
Lead multiple project teams to deliver pipelines and utilities projects within agreed contract constraints, budgets, and schedules. Chair construction meetings, advise project management on tender-phase construction techniques, and develop overall planning, cost, quality, and safety plans. Coordinate subcontractor activities, manage all construction processes from procurement to execution, and apply project methodologies like IPMA or Prince2. Monitor contractual agreements, report progress to project management, and maintain high-level contacts with internal and sister companies while safeguarding Hanab's interests under client pressure.
Required Qualifications
- HBO + werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 8 - 10 jaar werkervaring
- 5 jaar als verantwoordelijke in de uitvoering van projecten
- Je bent in het bezit van specialistische Vakspecifieke kennis
- Competenties: Leidinggeven, Plannen en Organiseren, Samenwerken, Resultaatgericht, Analyseren en Aanpassingsvermogen
- Geldig B-rijbewijs
