Job Summary
Advise on the review and monitoring of contractors' construction schedules, resource diagrams, and proposed methods. Support the supervision of work execution to ensure safety, compliance with design, and adherence to technical specifications. Monitor resource efficiency, coordinate engineering solutions, and verify installed components against approved procedures. Apply risk management policies by promoting work permits, critical controls, and preventive measures. Identify safety or quality deviations, communicate findings, and support corrective action closure. Interpret engineering and supplier documents for construction personnel. Participate in ground inspections and visible leadership to enforce the zero accident philosophy. Utilize applicable Bechtel software and automation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Higher level technician or Civil or Execution Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical specialty (or international equivalent)
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale industrial projects
- professional in supervisory or construction management positions
- 12 to 14 years of relevant work experience in large-scale industrial projects
