Constellation Schools - K-8th Grade Paraprofessional (Cleveland)

Under general supervision of the Principal, the Instructional Paraprofessional provides specialized educational assistance and supports teachers with instructional responsibilities to meet state and federal requirements. Duties include assisting students with technology-based learning, supporting academic work in small groups and one-to-one settings, helping ensure safety and following training requirements (Safe Schools, etc.), assisting with projects and assessments, modeling positive behavior, and collaborating with administrators, staff, and parents. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional student personal assistance as needed, and requires licensure as an educational aide or educator per ESEA qualifications.
