Job Summary
Prepare and deliver lesson plans with modifications, differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, and maintain accurate records of progress. Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment while utilizing research-based best practices and approved curricula. Incorporate technology skills into daily practice, communicate with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires an active Ohio teaching license, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in urban settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience working within an urban environment

- High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
