Job Summary
Prepare and deliver differentiated lesson plans utilizing research-based best practices and school-approved curricula that reflect diverse student backgrounds. Maintain accurate records of student progress, manage classroom behavior, and incorporate technology skills into daily instruction. Communicate regularly with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Participate in non-instructional activities as needed and supervise students across various school settings. This role supports a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring within an urban Cleveland setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience working within an urban environment
