Job Summary
Prepare and deliver lesson plans while differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and utilize research-based best practices in daily planning. Manage student behavior, incorporate technology skills, and communicate with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues and supervise students across various school settings including playgrounds and cafeterias. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and debriefs.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area - Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience working within an urban environment
