Job Summary
Supervise and lead the consolidation team to achieve daily operational targets, ensuring order accuracy, productivity, and compliance with warehouse procedures. Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct quality checks to minimize errors, damages, and shipment discrepancies. Ensure accurate consolidation, staging, and loading of outbound shipments while coordinating with inbound, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow. Utilize the Warehouse Management System to update shipment status and prepare operational documentation. Report operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to support continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field required with minimum 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, consolidation, loading, and inventory control
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and related logistics software
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
