Consolidation Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily consolidation operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time dispatch. Lead Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs, monitor order accuracy, and validate shipment documentation. Plan workforce allocation based on daily volume and analyze performance to identify process improvements. Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and transportation teams while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. Investigate operational issues to implement corrective actions and support employee development initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, minimum four years of warehouse experience, and two years in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse or distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including consolidation, inventory management, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
