Consolidation and Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Summary

Lead timely consolidation procedures, including system interfaces, FX inputs, intercompany eliminations, and confirmation rules, across multiple entities to ensure global consistency and data integrity. Prepare topside consolidation manual journal entries with robust supporting documentation and develop consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Own FICO master data maintenance, including general ledger presentation mapping, cost centers, and segments, while providing guidance on consistent application across ERP and consolidation systems. Support 20-F footnote disclosure preparation, maintain SOX-related controls, and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors. Lead consolidation and FICO workstreams for merger and acquisition projects, champion automation solutions, and contribute to controls documentation and policy updates. Work hybrid in our London office for 3 days/week minimum, reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • strong foundation in consolidation accounting and financial reporting
  • Big 4 experience
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS
  • hands-on experience supporting financial reporting for a US-listed company
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • experience with OneStream
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong grasp of internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage competing priorities
  • consistently meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Hybrid work in our London office for 3 days/week minimum
  • Vienna, Austria also an option
