Job Summary
Monitor and respond to event alarms on access control and CCTV systems from the console station, evaluating and resolving triggered alerts. Conduct roving patrol inspections of external and internal facilities, reporting procedural breaches and notifying management of issues. Maintain physical site security by controlling personnel access and managing the historical logbook. Perform additional duties as assigned, including office management tasks such as mail, print services, and cafeteria coordination. Work a rotating Friday-to-Tuesday night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM with flexibility required for coverage changes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience in the security field
- Ability to communicate orally with other Security and Facility personnel
- Ability to communicate in the written form in a clear and concise manner
- Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents
- Knowledge of filing
- Knowledge of phone courtesy
- Ability to use personal computer
- Typing
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- Able to work from Friday to Tuesday 10PM-6AM
- Must have flexibility
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management
