Job Summary
Manage consignment inventory across hospitals, clinics, and distribution partners to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate tracking, and timely replenishment for surgical and clinical operations. Coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes including order management, shipping, returns, and last-mile delivery while maintaining lot/serial traceability and compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and local regulations. Analyze inventory reporting, consumption trends, and KPIs to forecast demand, identify slow-moving stock, and support root cause analysis for inventory issues. Prepare and coordinate urgent consignment kits and loaner sets based on case scheduling, collaborating with sales and clinical teams to minimize excess inventory and financial risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrably successful experience in an administrative/coordination role within the medical device industry
- Proven track record of developing
- Experience in MS Excel

- Expiry management and product recall processes
