Consignment Delivery & Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary
Deliver and replenish products at customer locations while maintaining accurate inventory documentation and operating a company-provided van along designated routes. Load and unload items safely, reconcile stock in vending machines and off-site consignment sites, and process approved returns using vending software. Manage warehouse receiving, storage, and spare parts inventory, including ordering replacements and organizing returned materials. Perform routine vehicle checks, keep the delivery vehicle and warehouse clean, and greet customers to address delivery questions. Work onsite in Sterling Heights, MI with daily travel, monthly overnight trips, and monthly on-call rotations. Lift up to 40 lbs and comply with site-specific PPE at industrial locations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1–2 years of practical experience in an applicable role
- manufacturing experience
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, assignments, and projects
- Strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong technical aptitude
- ability to become familiar with Balluff products
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- particularly Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- Onsite position based in Sterling Heights, MI
- daily travel to customer locations
- Regular physical handling and movement of packages
