Job Summary
Develop NEPA compliance documentation, Section 106 records, and ESA Section 7 consultations for ROW permitting. Research, write, and revise planning documents while coordinating with refuge and regional offices to shepherd materials through internal and external review processes, including public comment periods. Prepare ROW permits and track associated requests. Research and scan historic ROWs. Requires MA/MS degree in natural resources management, planning, or policy and archaeology with five years of experience in environmental compliance and cultural resources study. Minimum wage is $40.00 per hour for a 12-hour week.

- 5 year(s) in developing environmental compliance documents, land use management plans, or related documents
- 5 years of experience in cultural resources study/compliance
- Experience with Windows

- Experience with MS Outlook

- FWS/DOI required
