Job Summary
Conduct client support via phone, email, and chat while delivering professional service within a multicultural team. Utilize various communication and support tools to manage inquiries. Work full-time with 40-hour weeks across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 00:00. The role offers a competitive salary of 1200€ gross monthly plus performance bonuses, private health and life insurance, 25 annual vacation days, and a 50€ monthly restaurant voucher. Candidates must speak fluent French and English, hold EU citizenship or a work permit, and relocalized candidates must arrive in Athens prior to contract start for administrative processing.
