Conduct client support via phone, email, and chat while delivering professional service within a multicultural team. Utilize various communication and support tools to manage inquiries 24/7 across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 00:00. This full-time role offers 1200€ gross monthly salary plus performance bonuses, private health and life insurance, 25 annual vacation days, and a 50€ monthly meal allowance.
