Job Summary
Draft work plans aligned with assigned mandates, objectives, and expected outcomes; collaborate with DRI teams and organize working committees while producing required minutes. Generate administrative documents to support decision-making, including periodic follow-up reports that analyze variances and identify gaps. Conduct risk identification for projects and develop mitigation measures, ensuring adherence to schedules, organizational orientations, and standards. Collect information to define needs for contractual vehicles such as agreements, tenders, and partner contracts. Develop management indicators and dashboards, propose target elements with justifications and required investments, and communicate impacts to managers. Ensure knowledge transfer upon mandate completion.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en informatique ou en administration, ou encore dans une discipline pertinente
- Au moins quinze (15) années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Au moins dix (10) années d'expérience à titre de conseiller stratégique dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Collaboration, à titre de conseiller stratégique, à au moins deux (2) projets dans le domaine des technologies de l'information d'une envergure minimale de mille (1000) jours-personne chacun
- Réalisation d'au moins deux (2) projets d'accompagnements de gestionnaires lors de la mise en place de changements stratégiques et organisationnels pour des organisations similaires à l'organisation
