Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of national and international clients in the construction and engineering sectors by analyzing their needs, technical challenges, and risk exposures. Conduct technical studies to design solutions, identify market opportunities, and negotiate placements and terms with insurers and clients. Formalize offers with a consulting dimension, integrate client modifications, and oversee policy management for complex international programs and temporary construction policies. Coordinate global placements and monitor their execution while ensuring rigorous client satisfaction. This role is based in Paris with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- De formation supérieure juridique / assurances ou de niveau équivalent
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative sur des problématiques RC / de programmes internationaux au sein d'un cabinet de courtage (ou d'une compagnie d'assurances) ou d'un service Risk management
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais couramment
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
- Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person
